Position: Sales Executive

Experience: Freshers and Experienced Candidates

Salary: INR 20,000 to INR 30,000 per month plus incentives and commission

Location: Noida, Sector 142

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift: Morning Shift

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, social media, and other sales channels.
- Identify potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Conduct client calls, meetings, presentations, and product or service demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Follow up with leads and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to conversion.
- Communicate product and service benefits effectively and handle client objections professionally.
- Negotiate with clients and close deals while achieving assigned sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Update CRM systems and prepare regular sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, conferences, and other business development activities.




- Share customer feedback and market insights with the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in English.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Confident and professional approach while interacting with clients.
- Strong sales orientation and ability to work with targets.
- Positive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of Sales, Marketing, and Business Development.
- CRM knowledge or experience is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
