Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, handle leads, and convert prospects into customers. The candidate should have hands-on experience in lead generation through multiple online platforms, especially IndiaMART.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and develop new sales leads through IndiaMART and other online platforms.
- Handle incoming inquiries and respond to leads promptly.
- Identify potential customers and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Make regular follow-up calls, emails, and WhatsApp communication with prospects.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
- Prepare and share quotations with prospective customers.
- Maintain and update customer and lead databases.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, orders, dispatches, and customer requirements.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and lead-conversion targets.
- Research new markets, industries, and potential customers for business development.




- Maintain qualified relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Prepare regular reports on leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales activities.

Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in Sales / Business Development / Lead Generation.
- Hands-on experience with IndiaMART is mandatory/preferred.
- Good knowledge of lead generation through online platforms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Valuable follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Experience in B2B / Manufacturing / Industrial Sales will be an added advantage.

Monday to Saturday

10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Sunday – Weekly Off
