Sales Executive – Curtain Industry Hardware

Location: Mumbai – Bandra to Borivali(Ghatkopar Candidates can also apply. (Candidates from Thane, Mira Road, Vasai-Virar or any other central line are requested not to apply)

Experience: Freshers to 5 years

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Weekly Off: Sunday

Office Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

About the Company

We are a company specializing in the design and development of hardware products for the curtain industry. Our products are used for curtain installation and related applications.

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Executives who are interested in building a career in sales and learning about the curtain and interior hardware industry.

Salary & Incentives

 Freshers: ₹30000/-per month

 Experienced Candidates (up to 5 years): ₹35,000 – ₹55,000 per month

 Incentives: Additional performance-based incentives linked to the value/amount of goods sold

 Salary will be decided based on experience, skills, and interview performance.

Key Responsibilities

 Generate new sales leads and identify potential customers.

 Contact potential clients and introduce our curtain hardware products.

 Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.

 Develop and maintain robust relationships with customers.

 Follow up regularly with leads, enquiries, quotations, and orders.

 Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

 Visit customers, dealers, interior designers, architects, or project sites when required.

 Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, orders, delivery, and customer requirements.

 Maintain records of customer interactions,



enquiries, and sales.

 Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

 Stay updated on market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.

Candidate Requirements

 Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome.

 Candidates with up to 5 years of relevant sales experience are preferred.

 Experience in curtain hardware, interior products, building materials, architectural hardware, blinds, furniture hardware, or related industries will be an advantage.

 Good communication and interpersonal skills.

 Confident and presentable personality.

 Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

 Self-motivated and target-oriented.

 Willingness to learn about products and the curtain industry.

 Candidates residing in or around Santacruz to Borivali are preferred.
