We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Managers to join our growing team in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales and business development across assigned territories and product lines, including books & journals, e-learning platforms, simulation tools, and skill development courses.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Engage with pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, and medical institutions to promote sponsorships, bulk subscriptions, and collaborative programs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, academic liaison) to ensure timely and effective delivery of client solutions.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, strengthening visibility and strategic partnerships.
- Act as a strategic interface between the market and internal product teams, providing insights to shape future offerings.

Required Skills & Experience

- 0 to 3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in medical publishing, pharma sponsorships, or healthcare solutions.




- Strong network of contacts within pharmaceutical marketing teamsparticularly in brand management, medical affairs, and discovery units.
- Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field; an advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in managing the end-to-end sales cycleprospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
- Familiarity with digital platforms, educational tools, or content-based solutions targeting doctors and healthcare institutions.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence senior-level stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
