About the Role

We are looking for a confident, presentable, and customer-friendly Sales Executive to work at a reputed jewellery shop in Nagpur. Freshers who are interested in jewellery sales, customer handling, and retail sales are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in the jewellery showroom.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Explain jewellery designs, features, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Demonstrate and present jewellery products professionally.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable jewellery products.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries and potential purchases.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.
- Support billing, product display, and showroom activities when required.
- Maintain proper records of customer enquiries and sales.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of jewellery displays.
- Coordinate with the showroom team for smooth daily operations.

- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.

- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
