Roles & Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up on leads for rubber and silicone industrial products (O-rings, gaskets, anti-vibration mounts, rubber profiles, silicone tubing, moulded parts) across assigned territory
- Visit prospective and existing industrial/OEM customers to understand technical requirements
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, coordinate samples/trials with the technical team




- Build and maintain relationships with purchase and engineering departments at customer companies
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report pipeline status to the reporting manager
- Maintain and update customer/lead data in the tracker

Desired Candidate Profile

- Prior experience in industrial B2B sales, technical sales, or field sales
- Comfortable with field travel within the assigned territory
- Solid communication and negotiation skills
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
