Role Description The Sales Executive – B2B will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business customers, including offices, hospitality venues, retailers, and corporate clients. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting product presentations and demos, negotiating pricing and terms, and closing sales. The role also involves maintaining relationships with existing clients, tracking sales performance, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Experience in B2B sales, account management, and business development, preferably in consumer goods or lifestyle products.
- Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and consultative selling.
- Ability to conduct market research, identify target segments, and develop sales strategies for sustainable and eco-friendly products.
- Proficiency in basic sales reporting, CRM tools, and pipeline management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain product benefits clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently on-site, manage time effectively, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Interest in sustainability, home fragrance, and consumer lifestyle trends is a plus.
