Role & responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for automation products and solutions.
- Identify current business opportunities in PLC, SCADA, Motion Control, Vision Systems, HMI, Switchgear, and Siemens PLC solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across manufacturing and industrial sectors.
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide customized automation solutions.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking.
- Prepare MIS reports, forecasts, and dashboards for management review.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Industrial Automation technologies (PLC, SCADA, Motion, Vision, HMI, Switchgear, Siemens PLC).
- Proven track record in sales leadership and team management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical solutions and translate them into business value.
