Role & responsibilities

- Assist the Sales Engineers and Sales Managers in day-to-day sales activities.

- Support the team in preparing quotations, proposals, and commercial documents.

- Coordinate with internal departments for pricing, technical details, and delivery information.

- Identify and collect potential customer leads through online research, directories, references, and other sources.

- Support the sales team in generating current business opportunities.

- Maintain and regularly update the lead database.

- Accompany senior Sales Engineers/Managers during customer and site visits when required.

- Assist in collecting site details, measurements, photographs, and customer requirements.

- Prepare visit reports and share relevant information with the concerned team
