Job Summary

The Sales Engineer will combine technical expertise with sales capabilities to provide efficient and value-engineered foundation and shoring solutions to clients. The role involves close coordination with internal departments such as design, production, quality, purchasing, and management teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction. The candidate will also be responsible for market analysis, sales reporting, customer relationship management, and achieving annual sales targets.

Key Requirements

- Strong professional network with Structural Consultants, Design Engineers, and Geotechnical Consultants

- Existing relationships with Civil Contractors and EPC companies

- Exposure to government departments and infrastructure projects

- Experience in shoring solutions, anchors, soil nailing, and I-Rod systems will be an added advantage

- Willingness to travel extensively across Southern India

Qualifications

- Bachelor s degree in civil engineering or Geotechnical Engineering

- MBA will be an added advantage





- 5-8 years of overall industry experience

- Minimum 3+ years of sales experience in infrastructure/construction solutions

Knowledge &

Skills Required

- Strong technical background with sound business acumen

- Good knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint

- Ability to learn and understand design software

- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

- Independent, proactive, and customer-focused approach

- Fluent in English and Hindi; regional language proficiency is an added advantage

- Flexible, enthusiastic, and willing to learn

- Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills
