Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role for the Kerala territory. The candidate will be responsible for the sales and promotion of CO₂ Laser Systems, OT Lights, and OT Instruments, developing strong relationships with hospitals and healthcare professionals, conducting product demonstrations, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales and promotion of CO₂ Laser Systems, OT Lights, and OT Instruments
- Regular visits to hospitals, doctors, surgeons, and healthcare institutions
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, demonstrations, installations, and customer support




- Monitor market trends and competitor activities• Achieve assigned territory sales targets
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up

Mandatory Requirements

- 2–3 years of sales experience in the medical equipment/device industry
- Experience in CO₂ Laser Systems, OT Lights, and/or OT Instruments is preferred
- Good English communication skills – verbal and written
- Professional interaction with doctors, surgeons, and hospital staff
- Strong sales, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools preferred

Qualification: Any Degree

Experience: 2–3 Years

Industry Experience: Medical Equipment / Medical Devices preferred
