Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in Pune.

The Sales

Engineer will work directly with customers to understand welding and cutting requirements, propose suitable equipment and automation solutions, and support the full sales cycle from inquiry to order closure. Daily activities include conducting product demonstrations, preparing technical and commercial proposals, responding to customer queries, and coordinating with internal engineering and production teams to ensure accurate solutions. The role also involves providing basic technical support, assisting in troubleshooting, gathering customer feedback,



and maintaining long-term relationships through regular visits and follow-ups.

The Sales

Engineer will track opportunities, update sales reports, and participate in industry events or customer meetings as needed.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills to interpret technical requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales and Customer Service skills to manage the sales pipeline, handle inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Candidates should possess clear Communication skills to present technical concepts, prepare documentation, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in welding, cutting, or industrial equipment sales is highly beneficial.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site, conduct regular customer visits, and travel within the region as required.
- Proficiency in basic MS Office tools and report preparation, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
