Sales Development Manager – Kannur

Education: Graduation in any stream

Experience: Relevant sales/insurance experience preferred

Job Responsibilities:

- Recruit and develop Financial Consultants (Agents).
- Build and maintain a strong sales network.
- Train, guide, and motivate the team.
- Meet customers and agents within the assigned area.
- Achieve sales and business targets.
- Support the team in pre-sales and post-sales activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
