Role Description The Sales Counselor – Work From Home – Generating Revenue role is a full-time remote position focused on driving enrollments and revenue for Fantastiqo’s educational programs. Daily responsibilities include conducting outbound and inbound calls, engaging with prospective learners and their guardians, understanding their educational needs, and presenting suitable course offerings. The role involves explaining program features and benefits, addressing questions, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and following up with leads to close sales.

The Sales





Counselor will also maintain accurate records in CRM systems, coordinate with internal teams on admissions and support, and meet or exceed defined sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills and the ability to explain educational offerings clearly and persuasively.
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build trust, respond to queries, and provide a positive learner experience.
- Sales skills, including lead conversion, negotiation, and working toward revenue and enrollment targets.
- Organization Skills to manage multiple leads, maintain accurate records, and follow structured sales processes.
- Comfort working remotely with reliable internet access and the ability to manage time independently.
- Prior experience in telesales, counseling, or education-related sales is preferred.
- Basic proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in Business, Education, or a related field is an advantage.
