- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Aesthetics, Cosmetology, Beauty Clinics, Salons, or Slimming Centres
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct Client Consultations: Analyze clients' skin, body, or wellness goals to recommend personalized aesthetic, cosmetology, or slimming treatments.
- Drive Sales and Conversions: Convert initial inquiries and consultations into premium treatment packages, consistently achieving monthly sales targets.
- Educate on Services & Products: Explain the perks, expected outcomes, and safety of medical-aesthetic procedures and home-care products clearly to clients.
- Build Client Relationships: Follow up with existing clients throughout their treatment journeys to ensure satisfaction, encourage renewals, and secure referrals.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Update client profiles, treatment histories, and sales logs in the clinic management software while ensuring strict confidentiality.
Pay: ₹13,206.92 - ₹38,064.25 per month
