Role & responsibilities

- Client Consultation & Treatment Advisory: Conduct thorough consultations for skin, hair, laser, and salon services; assess client needs to recommend appropriate treatments while setting realistic expectations without false promises.
- Clinical Coordination & Medical Support: Collaborate with doctors and dermatologists for specialized consultations, ensuring seamless coordination between diagnosis, front-desk billing, and service execution.
- Client Retention & Follow-Up Management: Actively engage with current and returning clients through consistent follow-ups for 23 visits, address inquiries, manage inactive/pending leads, and gather feedback to ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Sales & Target Ownership: Drive treatment package conversions, promote service retention,



and take full accountability for achieving assigned monthly revenue targets.
- Operational Excellence & Billing Integrity: Ensure prompt and accurate billing at the front desk, communicate payment terms (including non-refundable policies) clearly, and conduct floor rounds to maintain smooth workflow and service quality.
- System Documentation & Team Collaboration: Maintain meticulous records of client details, treatments, and follow-ups in the system while liaising with technicians, floor managers, and leadership.

Preferred candidate profile Should have 2 to 4 years of experience sales, preferably beauty and wellness.
