Role Description The Sales Coordinator is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi Dawarka, India. This role involves supporting the sales team with day-to-day coordination activities, including preparing quotations, tracking inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of leads and opportunities.

The Sales

Coordinator will liaise with customers and internal operations teams to ensure timely responses, smooth execution of shipments, and adherence to service commitments.

Responsibilities include assisting with sales reports, updating CRM or internal systems,



following up on payments, and supporting the development of new business opportunities. The role also requires proactive communication with freight forwarders and logistics partners to address queries, resolve issues, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations, with the ability to manage inquiries, quotations, and order processing efficiently.
- Proficiency in Sales activities, including lead follow-up, basic negotiation, and support for business development initiatives.
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to handle client interactions professionally and build lasting relationships.
- Good knowledge of logistics or freight forwarding processes is highly beneficial; prior experience in shipping, logistics, or related industries is preferred.
- Ability to work with MS Office and CRM or sales tracking tools; strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Logistics, or a related field is advantageous.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Delhi and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
