Key Responsibilities

- Proactively contact and engage prospective customers who have expressed interest in visiting our retail stores across multiple communication channels, including email, phone calls, and messaging platforms.
- Guide and encourage prospective customers to visit nearby retail experience centers to experience our products firsthand and complete their purchase journey.
- Provide remote assistance to customers via video calls, voice calls, or chat support when retail outlets are not accessible or convenient to their location.
- Maintain meticulous and accurate records of all customer interactions, lifecycle touchpoints, and follow-up schedules in the CRM to ensure efficient tracking,



pipeline visibility, and reporting.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teamsincluding marketing, customer support, and retail store management—to streamline hand-offs and enhance the end-to-end customer experience.
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging best practices, and technological advancements related to inside sales processes, lead routing, and conversion funnel optimization.

Requirements & Competencies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to engage, build rapport, and persuade customers effectively.
- Exceptional objection-handling capabilities, demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and problem solving skills to turn customer concerns into value-driven opportunities.
- A detail-oriented and highly organized approach to managing customer data, tracking multi-channel interactions, and documenting follow-up workflows systematically.
- Prior experience in inside sales, lead management, or retail conversion coordination within a fast paced D2C or retail environment is preferred.
