Job Summary

Sahyog Fincap Private Limited is looking for motivated and result-oriented candidates for the position of Sales & Collection Executive. The selected candidates will be responsible for generating recent business, managing customer relationships, and handling field collection activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new customers and business opportunities for loan products.
- Promote and sell Vehicle Loans, Business Loans and other financial products.
- Conduct field visits for customer acquisition and collection.
- Follow up with customers for timely EMI payments.
- Handle overdue accounts and coordinate recovery activities.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Complete customer documentation and KYC coordination.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and collection ta rgets.




- Prepare and submit daily sales and collection reports.

Eligibility

- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to work in the field.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
