Role Purpose

Owns the Sales Force Automation (SFA) system end-to-end, ensures accurate order/data flow from the field, publishes sales reports, and is the single point of contact between field sales, their managers, and internal teams for queries and discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities

Order & Data Management

- Track daily order punching; follow up on delayed/incomplete orders
- Validate orders against schemes, pricing and credit norms before dispatch
- Resolve discrepancies in quantity, rate, scheme or SKU; maintain data hygiene via periodic audits

SFA Ownership

- Administer the SFA platform: user creation/access, master data (outlets, distributors, SKUs, pricing, schemes, beats/routes)
- Monitor system health (sync failures, login/app issues); resolve or escalate to vendor
- Coordinate with SFA vendor on upgrades, fixes and rollouts; train field staff on app usage

Reporting & Analysis

- Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports: sales, productivity, coverage, beat adherence, attendance, new outlets
- Track performance vs. targets by territory/SKU/person; flag gaps to management
- Support inputs for review meetings, incentives and target setting

Coordination

- Single point of contact for field team and managers on system/order/process queries
- Coordinate with Logistics (stock/dispatch),



Accounts (claims, credit notes, settlements)
- Roll out scheme/price updates to the field and confirm system reflects them on time

Sales Admin Support

- Track deep freezer allocation/servicing across outlets
- Support distributor onboarding docs and claims; maintain attendance/expense trackers
- Assist with sales presentations and MIS for leadership

Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate (B.Com/BBA/MBA-Marketing preferred); 2–5 years in sales coordination/MIS, preferably FMCG/food/dairy/frozen
- Hands-on SFA/DMS experience (Bizom, FieldAssist, SalesDiary, Botree, etc.) preferred
- Strong Excel (pivots, lookups); Power BI a plus
- High attention to detail with large transactional data volumes
- Explicit communication with field staff across tech comfort levels
- Ownership mindset, deadline discipline, service orientation

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Goregaon East, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
