This role involves conduc�ng outbound and inbound mee�ngs with clients and Architects, pitching our products and services, focusing on conversions and requires a high degree of selfmo�va�on and discipline. Connects with Architects, Façade Consultants and Developers is preferred. Key Responsibili�es: 1.

Outbound

Mee�ngs

- Schedule and conduct outbound and inbound mee�ngs with poten�al clients and Architects.
- Pitching our products effec�vely to clients and Architects. 2.

Client

Rela�onship Management

- Build and maintain strong rela�onships with clients, par�cularly within the architecture industry.
- Provide excep�onal customer service and follow up regularly to ensure client sa�sfac�on. 3.

Market Analysis and Strategy

- Iden�fy new business opportuni�es through market research and analysis. 4.

Presenta�ons and Proposals

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presenta�ons and proposals.
- Use Microso� Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM to create and present detailed documents.
- Ensure all sales ac�vi�es are compliant with company policies.
- Focus on conversions and mee�ng sales targets.

- CRM Management: Proficiency in CRM Management • Strong track record in High Value Sales • Outbound Mee�ngs: Proven experience in scheduling and conduc�ng outbound mee�ngs.
