Position: Sales / BD Executive

Experience: 1~3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and convert new business opportunities in Commercial Interiors, Corporate Fit-outs & Design & Build.
- Develop relationships with Corporate Clients, Architects, Consultants, Developers, IPCs.
- Lead client meetings, presentations,



negotiations and commercial closures.
- Identify upcoming projects, tenders, RFPs and empanelment opportunities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- Maintain robust client relationships and achieve monthly/Quarterly/annual sales targets.

Candidate Profile:

- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in B2B Sales / Business Development, preferably in Commercial Interiors, Fit-outs.
- Strong professional network among corporates, architects, consultants and developers will be an advantage.
- Target-oriented, confident and proactive personality.
