We’re looking for an experienced Sales Assistant / Sales Telecaller to join our remote team.
What You’ll Do
- Call and follow up with warm leads from webinars, social media, ads & referrals
- Understand prospects’ business challenges and goals
- Build rapport and maintain regular follow-ups
- Present our coaching programs confidently
- Handle objections and guide prospects through enrollment
- Achieve monthly sales & enrollment targets
- Update leads and follow-ups in Google Sheets/CRM
- Submit daily sales activity reports
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales, telecalling, counseling or customer support
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English
- Confident and comfortable speaking on calls
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets & WhatsApp Business
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and energetic
- Ability to handle objections and convert interested prospects
