Role Description The Sales and Service Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end customer journey, including engaging prospective clients, explaining Kinetiq’s robotic solutions, conducting product demonstrations, and supporting pilot deployments. The specialist will respond to customer inquiries, coordinate service requests,



and ensure timely resolution of technical and operational issues in collaboration with internal teams.

Daily activities include maintaining accurate sales and service records, preparing proposals and quotations, and following up on leads to convert them into successful deployments. The role also involves training customer staff on product usage, collecting feedback to improve service quality, and contributing to sales strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to engage diverse stakeholders and deliver a positive client experience.

- Candidates should possess proven Sales and Sales Management skills to build pipelines, close deals, and manage accounts effectively.

- Candidates should possess Training skills to onboard customer teams, conduct product sessions, and support smooth adoption of robotic solutions.

- Relevant experience in technology, automation, or robotics solutions, preferably in B2B environments.

- Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and travel to customer locations as needed.

- Strong problem-solving, organization, and documentation skills, with proficiency in CRM and office productivity tools.

- Diploma or degree in engineering, business, or a related field is preferred; prior field service or technical sales experience is an advantage.
