Role Description The Sales Application Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Aurangabad. This role involves identifying customer requirements, proposing suitable automation solutions, and preparing technical and commercial proposals.

The Sales Application

Engineer collaborates with the engineering team to design and configure solutions, conducts product demonstrations, and supports system integration discussions with clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries, providing technical support during pre- and post-sales activities, preparing documentation, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers.



The role also includes regular visits to customer sites, market research on industrial segments, and contributing to sales targets and business growth.

Qualifications

- Strong sales-focused skills, including Sales Engineering and Sales, with the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into automation solutions.
- Technical domain expertise in Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering relevant to industrial automation systems and applications.
- Experience in Technical Support, including troubleshooting and resolving customer issues related to automation products and applications.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or related field) or equivalent practical experience.
- Good understanding of industrial automation systems, PLCs, SCADA, drives, and related hardware and software is an advantage.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work in office, travel to customer locations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills; prior experience in industrial segments such as automobile, F&B;, steel, or pharmaceuticals is a plus.
