- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Any Degree (Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory).
- Good verbal communication skills in Tamil and working knowledge of English/Hindi.
- Confident, polite, and persuasive telephone manner.
- Basic computer literacy – comfortable using CRM tools, MS Excel, and messaging apps.
- Ability to handle rejection positively and stay motivated toward targets.
- Good listening skills and attention to detail in capturing customer information.
- Willingness to learn about solar/renewable energy products (training will be provided).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
