We are seeking a dynamic and technically driven Sales And Service Executive to manage the complete customer lifecycle . You will identify new business opportunities , deliver technical presentations , and provide hands - on post-sales support . Your primary goal is to drive sales growth while ensuring maximum equipment uptime and customer satisfaction .

Key Responsibilities :-

- Generate new business opportunities and maintain existing customers in the pharmaceutical industry
- Monitor market trends , competitors and customer requirements to identify recent business opportunities
- Understand customer requirements and manage enquiries and responding to the customers with quotation
- Conduct customer visits , technical discussions , trials and product demonstrations
- Coordinate with Design , Production ,



sales and service teams for customer requirements and complaint
- Coordinating schedules , paperwork , and communication between clients and the internal team
- Collect customer feedback and support product improvement and new product development
- Achieve assigned sales targets while ensuring high -quality technical support and customer satisfaction
- Prepare regular sales , customer visit , enquiry , market and service reports and provide relevant updates to management

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
