Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara. This role includes identifying and qualifying leads, presenting solutions to potential clients, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle to support revenue growth. The specialist will contribute to marketing campaigns, coordinate with internal teams to align messaging, and maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline status.





Daily responsibilities also involve nurturing relationships with prospective and existing clients, delivering product demonstrations and training sessions, gathering market feedback, and preparing sales reports and performance insights.

Qualifications

- Solid Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, respond to inquiries, and build long-term relationships.

- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive lead conversion, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed targets.

- Ability to deliver Training and product presentations to clients and internal teams in a clear, structured manner.

- Experience in marketing coordination or digital marketing to support campaigns, content, and brand positioning.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Comfort working with CRM tools, basic analytics, and reporting to track performance and inform decisions.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

- Prior experience in IT services, SaaS, or digital product companies is an advantage.
