- Business Development Executive with experience in the solar energy industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, conducting customer visits, and achieving sales targets for solar mounting structures, AC/DC boxes, and LT panels. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of solar industry products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to order execution and dispatch.

Key Responsibilities 1. Cold Calling &

- Lead GenerationConduct regular cold calls to identify and connect with potential customers in the solar industry. Generate new leads through market research, networking, referrals, and digital platforms. Identify potential clients, including solar EPC companies, solar developers, contractors, distributors, and industrial customers. Maintain and update the customer database and sales pipeline. 2.

- Customer VisitsDevelop and maintain strong business relationships with existing and prospective customers. Conduct regular customer visits to understand project requirements and explore new business opportunities. Identify and target potential customers in the solar EPC and renewable energy sectors. Develop new markets and expand the company's customer base. Coordinate with customers to understand their technical and commercial requirements.
- B2B &
- B2C SalesHandle B2B and B2C sales activities related to solar industry products. Promote and sell solar mounting structures, AC/DC boxes, LT panels, and other associated solar products. Prepare sales presentations and product proposals for prospective customers. Negotiate pricing,



payment terms, and commercial conditions with customers. Follow up on quotations and convert leads into confirmed orders. 4.

- Technical SupportUnderstand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions. Recommend appropriate solar mounting structures and electrical products based on project specifications. Coordinate with the technical and design teams to address customer requirements. Clarify product specifications, technical queries, and commercial concerns. Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely support.

- Quotation PreparationPrepare accurate cost estimates and commercial quotations based on customer requirements. Coordinate with the technical and estimation teams for project costing. Understand the quantity, specifications, and material requirements for solar structures and electrical panels. Submit quotations to customers within the stipulated timelines. Revise quotations based on customer feedback and negotiation requirements. 6.

Processing &

- Invoice PreparationCoordinate with internal departments for order confirmation and processing. Prepare and verify sales invoices based on confirmed orders. Ensure proper documentation of purchase orders, sales orders, and invoices. Follow up on payment collection as per agreed commercial terms.

- Order Execution CoordinationCoordinate with the production, stores, and logistics teams for timely order execution. Monitor product availability and dispatch schedules. Ensure that materials are dispatched according to customer requirements and committed timelines. Coordinate with customers regarding delivery schedules and dispatch updates. Resolve delivery-related queries and ensure smooth order fulfilment.
