Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a Sales and Marketing Executive based in Pune. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, and promoting BHARMAL PLYWOOD’s products to retail and professional clients. The Sales and Marketing Executive will conduct market research, support market planning, and execute sales and marketing activities to increase brand visibility and revenue.

Day-to-day tasks include meeting customers, preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating with the internal team on orders and deliveries,



and maintaining accurate sales records and reports. The role also includes participating in local promotional events, gathering feedback from the market, and contributing to continuous improvement of sales strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Candidates should possess Marketing and Market Planning skills to design and implement effective promotional activities.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to understand customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for engaging with diverse customers and internal stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in building materials, plywood, or home improvement products is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune, visit customer locations, and travel within the region as needed.
- Strong customer service orientation, problem-solving ability, and basic proficiency with MS Office or similar tools.
- A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with a proven track record in sales or marketing.
