Job Overview

Coco Factory Private Limited is looking for a friendly and motivated Sales & Customer Care Executive to handle customer enquiries, support sales activities, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other channels.
- Provide customers with product information and assistance.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into sales.
- Handle customer complaints and provide suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with the operations and delivery teams for smooth order processing.
- Maintain customer details, enquiries, follow-ups, and sales records.




- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Requirements

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-friendly and sales-oriented approach.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Previous experience in sales or customer care is an advantage.
- Hindi-speaking candidates are preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
