Job Title: Sales & Cyber Fraud Executive Job Overview

We are looking for a Sales professional with strong communication skills and a good understanding of online scams, fraud cases, and basic cybersecurity-related issues. The candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, sales activities, and identifying or escalating suspicious activities and potential fraud cases.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Handle customer calls, queries, follow-ups, and sales negotiations.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product/service information.
- Identify potential scams, fraud attempts, phishing, fake profiles, impersonation, and suspicious transactions.
- Understand basic cyber-related complaints and identify cases that require escalation.
- Coordinate with the Risk, Compliance, or Cybersecurity team for suspicious or fraudulent cases.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions, sales activities, and reported fraud cases.
- Verify customer information and follow prescribed KYC/company verification procedures where applicable.
- Escalate suspected fraud or cyber incidents through the appropriate internal process.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of customer, financial, and company information.




- Meet assigned sales targets while following company compliance and security guidelines.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Sales and customer-handling experience.
- Good understanding of scams, online fraud, phishing, cybercrime, and social-engineering techniques.
- Ability to identify red flags and suspicious customer activities.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity and digital payments.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to work with CRM, Excel/Google Sheets, and communication tools.

Qualification

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
