Job Overview

Countrywide Visas is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Advisor to join our team in Nehru Place, New Delhi. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable visa and immigration-related information.
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, messages, and face-to-face interactions.
- Explain company services, processes, and offerings clearly to prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with potential customers.
- Convert leads into successful sales and achieve assigned monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM regularly.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain professional communication and follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with sales, telecalling, customer service, or visa/immigration experience will be an advantage.
