Role Summary

We are looking for a hands-on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud Implementation Engineer / Developer with 4+ years of direct ISC implementation experience.

This is a hands-on build role, not an advisory-only role.

Project Scope The implementation includes:

- Integration and customization with ServiceNow (Developer level skills) .
- Contractor lifecycle from Contractor HRMS.
- Identity creation and user ID generation in ISC.
- Developer Skills to build large stand-alone integratin modules for SailPoint ISC
- Provisioning to Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, Active Directory, ServiceNow, Okta, Salesforce, Enterprise LDAP, and RACF.
- On-premise integration using SailPoint Virtual Appliance, Cloud Connector Gateway, IQService, and RACF/Mainframe connector architecture.
- Joiner, mover, leaver, rehire, contractor onboarding, and contractor termination use cases.
- Role & policy setup using entitlements, access profiles, and roles.
- Cutome integration development

Required Experience Candidate must have hands-on experience with:

- SailPoint Identity Security Cloud / IdentityNow implementation.
- Identity Profiles and identity attribute mappings.
- Account correlation and manager correlation.
- Account aggregation and entitlement aggregation.
- Provisioning policies and account create profiles.
- Access Profiles, Roles, and Entitlements.
- Joiner, Mover, Leaver lifecycle implementation.
- Workday or HRMS authoritative source integration.
- Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD connector.
- Active Directory connector.
- ServiceNow connector.
- Okta connector.
- Salesforce connector.
- LDAP connector.
- RACF or mainframe connector.
- Virtual Appliance configuration and troubleshooting.
- IQService setup and AD provisioning.
- Cloud Connector Gateway / on-premise connectivity.
- ISC workflows, tasks, certifications,



and access requests.

Development Skills Required Candidate must be able to build and troubleshoot:

- Custom integration module to synchronize across multiple system
- ISC JSON transforms.
- Identity attribute rules.
- Account correlation rules.
- Manager correlation rules. Provisioning Rules.
- Connector rules or scripts where applicable.
- REST, SOAP, SCIM, JDBC, and file-based integrations.
- API-based custom extensions.
- Java / BeanShell, JavaScript, Python, PowerShell.
- JSON, XML, CSV, LDAP/LDAPS.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure contractor HRMS as authoritative sources.
- Configure target sources for Azure AD, AD, ServiceNow, Okta, Salesforce, LDAP, and RACF.
- Build identity profiles, lifecycle states, identity mappings, and UID generation logic.
- Configure account correlation and manager/sponsor correlation.
- Configure aggregation, provisioning policies, account profiles, and entitlement handling.
- Configure access profiles and roles for employee and contractor access.
- Implement joiner, mover, leaver, rehire, and contractor expiration flows.
- Configure and troubleshoot VA, IQService, Cloud Connector Gateway, and RACF integration.
- Develop custom transforms, rules, scripts, and API integrations.
- Support SIT, UAT, cutover, production deployment, and hypercare.
- Produce configuration workbooks, test scripts, and support runbooks.

Minimum Qualifications

- 4+ years of hands-on SailPoint ISC / IdentityNow implementation experience.
- 5+ years IAM / IGA experience preferred.
- Prior experience implementing ISC for a recent customer preferred.
- Experience with at least 3 major ISC connectors.
- Experience with one HR authoritative source.
- Experience with AD provisioning using IQService.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across ISC, connectors, APIs, network, and target systems.
