UK Hours – 1 PM to 10 PM Key Responsibilities Provide L1/L2 application support and troubleshoot finance application issues. Perform incident triage, root-cause analysis, and escalation management. Administer and support

Sage Intacct , including GL, AP/AR, reporting, users, and integrations. Support applications such as

Coupa, SAP Concur, and Yooz . Analyze system logs, API errors, integrations, and data issues. Manage vendor support cases and coordinate troubleshooting activities. Handle user access, provisioning, deprovisioning, and audit requirements. Support UAT, regression testing, releases, and post-production validation. Prepare technical documentation,



user guides, and knowledge-base articles. Identify recurring issues and recommend permanent solutions.

Required Skills 10+ years of experience in Finance/ERP Application Support. Solid hands-on

Sage Intacct Administration experience. Proven troubleshooting and escalation handling experience. Experience with finance applications such as

Coupa, SAP Concur, or Yooz . Understanding of

APIs, integrations, logs, and error analysis . Experience with

ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or similar ITSM tools . Knowledge of

SSO, MFA, and access management . Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
