We are looking for an experienced Safety Officer to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring compliance with statutory and client safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and monitor workplace health & safety policies and procedures
- Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox talks
- Manage and coordinate all social & safety compliance audits including SEDEX (SMETA) and other buyer/client audits
- Maintain audit documentation, corrective action plans (CAPA), and compliance records




- Conduct fire safety drills and ensure fire-fighting equipment is maintained and certified
- Investigate workplace incidents/accidents and prepare reports
- Liaise with statutory bodies and ensure adherence to factory/labour law safety norms
- Train employees on safety practices, PPE usage, and emergency procedures

Requirements:

- 2+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing/factory environment
- Certificate in Industrial Safety and/or Fire Safety preferred
- Robust knowledge of SEDEX/SMETA and other compliance audit frameworks
- Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
