About the Role

We are looking for a Safety Officer / Safety Engineer to join our consulting team.

This is not a routine plant safety supervision role . The selected candidate will work as a Safety Consultant , visiting different client facilities, conducting assessments, identifying safety gaps and providing practical recommendations to improve workplace safety and EHS standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Safety / EHS Audits at client sites
- Carry out HIRA and Risk Assessments
- Identify unsafe conditions, practices and safety-system gaps
- Review PTW, LOTO, Work at Height, Confined Space, Lifting, Electrical, Fire, Chemical and Contractor Safety
- Support BBS and Safety Culture Improvement assignments
- Review safety procedures, SOPs and management systems




- Assess applicable legal and safety compliance requirements
- Conduct safety inspections and field assessments
- Prepare professional audit and assessment reports
- Recommend practical corrective and improvement measures
- Present findings and guide clients on safety improvement
- Conduct safety training and awareness programs
- Support senior consultants in specialized EHS and risk-management assignments

Qualification & Skills
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering / Industrial Safety/ Science
- PDIS / ADIS or equivalent safety qualification preferred
- Knowledge of HIRA, audits and industrial safety practices
- Understanding of applicable EHS regulations and safety standards
- Valuable observation and analytical skills
- Strong communication and report-writing skills
- Comfortable interacting with client teams and management
- Willingness to travel to client sites
- MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
