Job Overview

We are looking for an active and responsible Warehouse & Logistics Runner to support our day-to-day warehouse, shipment, and logistics activities. The person will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods, handling pickups and deliveries, supporting dispatch activities, and ensuring shipments reach the required locations on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations.

- Pick up and deliver goods, documents, samples, and other materials as required.

- Coordinate with courier, transport, and delivery partners for shipments.

- Assist with packing, labelling, sorting, loading, and unloading of goods.

- Move stock/materials between the warehouse, office, vendors, and other locations.

- Drop off and collect shipments from courier hubs, transport offices, vendors, and customers when required.

- Handling labour for Loading & Unloading.

- Track dispatched and incoming shipments and provide regular updates to the team.

- Collect delivery acknowledgements, invoices, challans, PODs, and other documents.

- Assist the warehouse team with stock movement, arrangement, and inventory counting.





- Ensure packages and materials are handled safely during transportation.

- Support urgent or last-minute pickups and deliveries when required.

- Coordinate with the Operations, Procurement, Warehouse, and Logistics teams for smooth execution.

- Handle other field and operational activities assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements

- Education: 10th / 12th / Diploma / Any Graduate.

- Prior experience in warehouse, courier, delivery, dispatch, logistics, or runner activities is preferred.

- Should be comfortable travelling locally for pickups and deliveries.

- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.

- Basic knowledge of using Google Maps and WhatsApp.

- Should be physically fit and comfortable handling/moving packages when required.

- Good knowledge of Bangalore routes will be an advantage.

- Should be responsible, punctual, proactive, and flexible with work requirements.

- Willingness to work extended hours during high-volume or urgent shipment periods when required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
