Job Responsibilities

- Perform testing of rubber materials, compounds and finished products as per defined specifications and testing procedures.
- Handle rubber compound preparation, mixing and laboratory testing activities.
- Conduct routine and development-related tests on rubber compounds and materials.
- Operate laboratory testing equipment safely and efficiently as per standard operating procedures.
- Ensure proper calibration, cleanliness and basic upkeep of laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Record test results accurately and maintain complete laboratory records, test reports and documentation.
- Analyze test data and highlight deviations, abnormalities or quality concerns to the concerned department.
- Support R&D; activities related to development and improvement of rubber compounds and materials.
- Assist in trials for new formulations, raw materials and process improvements.
- Ensure testing activities comply with internal quality standards and defined specifications.
- Provide VA/VE suggestions for improvement in material usage, process efficiency and product performance.
- Coordinate with the Production and Quality teams for resolving material and testing-related issues.
- Coordinate with the Maintenance team for maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of laboratory machines and equipment.




- Monitor equipment and machine conditions and immediately report abnormalities or breakdown-related issues.
- Support troubleshooting related to rubber processing, compound testing and laboratory operations.
- Maintain proper housekeeping, safety standards and discipline within the laboratory.
- Ensure timely completion of testing activities as per production and development requirements.
- Participate in continuous improvement, skill-upgradation and process improvement initiatives.
- Follow all applicable safety procedures while handling rubber compounds, chemicals and laboratory equipment.
- Support the Quality/R&D; team in achieving product quality, process improvement and customer requirements.

Candidate Profile
- ITI / Diploma in Rubber Technology with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Rubber / Automotive Component Manufacturing will be preferred.
- Practical knowledge of rubber compound testing and laboratory operations.
- Good understanding of testing procedures, documentation and quality requirements.
- Should have good analytical, observation and troubleshooting skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
