Roles and Responsibilities:

- Design and develop end-to-end automation solutions using Blue Prism

- Analyze business processes and translate them into stable, reusable automation workflows

- Build and maintain Blue Prism processes, objects, queues, and exception handling logic

- Integrate automations with desktop, web, Excel, Outlook, SAP, and database-based applications

- Support UAT, production releases, incident resolution, and post-production bot support

Skills Required:

- 3+ years of experience in RPA development, with Blue Prism as the primary platform

- Robust hands-on experience in Blue Prism RPA development

- Practical knowledge of Process Studio, Object Studio, Control Room, work queues, and scheduling

- Experience building reliable automations with exception handling and application integration

- Ability to troubleshoot issues, support deployments, and maintain production bots

Good to Have

- SAP automation experience

- API and Web Services integration exposure

- Experience with UiPath or Automation Anywhere

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
