35+ years the only Authorized Service Partner of M/s. Kawasaki Heavy Industries Limited, Japan, specializing in technical service, overhauling, refurbishment, maintenance of rotating machinery.

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for technically skilled Field Service Representatives / Rotating Machinery Engineers with strong hands-on experience in rotating machinery.

The role involves disassembly, assembly, inspection, overhauling, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and refurbishment of rotating equipment at customer, onshore, and offshore locations.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

B Tech. Mechanical Engineering

B Tech. Marine Engineering

Relevant technical certifications will be an advantage

EXPERIENCE & TECHNICAL SKILLS

Hands-on experience in rotating machinery disassembly and assembly

Experience in maintenance, inspection, repair, and overhauling

Knowledge of mechanical fitting and alignment

Ability to read engineering drawings and technical manuals

Troubleshooting and fault diagnosis

Basic knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA)

Good computer and technical reporting skills





Robust communication and teamwork skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Carry out disassembly, assembly, inspection, repair, and maintenance of rotating machinery

Perform troubleshooting and identify equipment-related issues

Follow approved technical procedures, drawings, work instructions, and safety requirements

Support testing, commissioning, and equipment performance checks when required

Coordinate with customers, site teams, and internal technical teams

Prepare service reports and maintain required technical documentation

Ensure assigned work is completed safely, efficiently, and within the planned schedule

WORKING HOURS

Offshore

8:00 AM to 8:00 PM

All days during the on-going job

Typical offshore assignment: 30–45 days

Onshore

10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Monday - Saturday

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Willingness to travel for field and offshore assignments

Comfortable working at offshore locations for extended periods

Strong commitment to safety and quality

Professional approach when dealing with customers and site personnel

Ability to work independently as well as within a team

Valid passport and offshore certifications will be an advantage

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Candidates with practical experience in rotating machinery overhauling, disassembly, assembly, maintenance, inspection, and field servicing will be preferred
