Role & responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain Oracle RMS modules (Stock Ledger, Purchase Orders, Items, ReSA).
- Write, optimize, and debug PL/SQL and Pro*C code.
- Build and maintain Oracle Forms used in retail operations.
- Automate and monitor processes using Unix shell scripts.
- Design and implement ETL jobs in Informatica to support data integration between RMS and other retail systems.
- Collaborate with business users and functional consultants to translate retail processes into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis for data or process discrepancies.
- Support end-to-end system testing and deployment activities.
