Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day return warehouse operations and ensure timely processing.

- Supervise receipt, verification, segregation, QC, and processing of returned stock.

- Ensure returns are processed within defined TAT/SLA.

- Verify physical returns against DN, invoice, SKU, quantity, MRP, batch, and system records.

- Ensure accurate QC, GRN, CN, RTV, and return documentation.

- Reconcile physical returns with EasyEcom/system and return trackers.

- Identify shortage, excess, damage, wrong SKU, and other return discrepancies.

- Coordinate with HO teams for return closure.

- Maintain daily return MIS and ensure tracker accuracy.

- Drive RCA and corrective actions for return-related discrepancies.

- Ensure proper segregation and disposition of saleable, non-saleable, damaged, and expired stock.

- Supervise ground team and ensure adherence to SOPs and process controls.

Requirements:





- Experience in FMCG / E-commerce / Warehouse / Reverse Logistics.

- Prior experience handling returns and reverse logistics operations.

- Good knowledge of inventory, SKU, batch, MRP, QC, GRN, CN, RTV and reconciliation processes.

- Hands-on experience with Excel/Google Sheets and warehouse/inventory management systems.

- Solid team-handling, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage high-volume return operations within defined TAT.
