Role Description The Retail Store Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Bodakdev, Ahmedabad.

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to take complete ownership of showroom operations and lead the sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, sales, customer-handling, and retail management skills, with the ability to deliver a premium luxury customer experience.This role oversees the daily operations of the studio, including managing appointments, supervising store staff, and ensuring that the studio is presented in a manner consistent with a luxury, silver-focused brand.

The Retail Store

Manager will welcome and guide clients through the studio’s collections, provide personalized product recommendations, and ensure exceptional service at every touchpoint.

Responsibilities include monitoring inventory, overseeing merchandising and visual presentation, handling billing and documentation, and implementing retail loss prevention measures. The role also involves tracking sales performance, supporting marketing initiatives,



coordinating with artisans and internal teams, and maintaining a calm, skilled environment aligned with the studio’s values.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete day-to-day showroom operations, including opening, closing, discipline, hygiene, security, and overall store readiness.
- Lead and manage the sales team, including task allocation, attendance, grooming, performance, KRA/KPI, motivation, training, and development.
- Drive sales targets, conversion, average bill value, upselling, cross-selling, and overall store revenue.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience, including VIP/HNI customer handling, appointments, enquiries, complaints, and lead follow-ups.
- Ensure accuracy in billing, payments, schemes, and product/tag/system/bill verification.
- Oversee inventory coordination, stock accuracy, discrepancies, damages, product movement, and regular stock audits.
- Maintain premium visual merchandising standards, including product presentation, new arrivals, collection displays, lighting, and festive/ promotional displays.
- Coordinate effectively with Purchase, Accounts, CRM, Suppliers, Housekeeping, Security, and Management.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, SOPs, security standards, discipline, and the overall luxury brand experience.

Ideal Candidate

- 10–15 years of relevant experience in Store Management,



Retail Management, Showroom Operations, or premium customer-facing environments.
- Prior experience in luxury jewellery, fine jewellery, premium retail, fashion, lifestyle, home décor, hospitality, or other high-end segments will be highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills, with experience in staff supervision, scheduling, performance management, training, and maintaining store standards.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-management skills, with the ability to understand discerning clients’ requirements and deliver a personalized, consultative, and high-quality customer experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to interact professionally with high-profile clients, designers, business partners, senior management, and other stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of sales and retail operations, including target achievement, conversion, upselling, cross-selling, customer follow-ups, appointments, and calendar management.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain premium store presentation, operational standards, discipline, grooming, and service quality.
- Experience in handling high-value luxury products, with awareness of retail security, loss prevention, risk management, and compliance practices.
- Ability to analyse sales and operational data, identify performance gaps, and implement appropriate corrective and improvement measures.
- Strong ownership, accountability, discretion, and professionalism, particularly while dealing with high-profile and confidential client requirements.
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior management and cross-functional departments while maintaining smooth coordination and operational efficiency.
- Relevant education in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
