About the Role

We are looking for a Retail Merchandiser who can manage business between designer brands and Multi-Brand Outlets (MBOs). The candidate will be responsible for brand placement, MBO relationships, stock management, sales, and marketplace coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with multiple MBOs and manage day-to-day business relationships.
- Identify and approach current MBOs for placing designer brands.
- Place suitable brands and collections into different MBOs based on their customer profile and requirements.
- Act as a key point of contact between designer brands and MBOs.
- Generate orders and drive sales from existing MBOs.
- Follow up with MBOs for orders, sales, payments, and other requirements.
- Monitor MBO-wise and brand-wise sales performance.
- Manage stock availability, stock movement, and replenishment across MBOs.
- Coordinate with designers/brands and production teams to ensure timely fulfilment and dispatch of orders.
- Monitor slow-moving stock and work with MBOs to improve sales and sell-through.
- Ensure new collections and products are properly placed and presented at MBOs.




- Work on and coordinate online marketplace listings and operations on platforms such as Myntra, AJIO, and Nykaa.
- Coordinate for product listings, catalogue information, stock updates, pricing, and marketplace requirements.
- Monitor marketplace performance and follow up on pending listing or operational requirements.
- Prepare regular sales and merchandising reports using MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Requirements

- 1–4 years of experience in Retail Merchandising, Fashion Merchandising, MBO Sales.
- Prior experience working with multiple MBOs is preferred.
- Experience with designer, luxury, premium fashion, or lifestyle brands will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of marketplaces such as Myntra, AJIO, and Nykaa preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Good understanding of retail sales, stock management, and merchandising.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Robust follow-up and business development skills.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and MBOs simultaneously.
