Portfolio Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing retail clients to increase wallet share and account balances.
Financial Advisory: Assess client financial goals and recommend suitable banking, lending, investment, or insurance products. Cross-Selling & Revenue Generation: Promote bank products such as savings accounts, credit cards, personal loans, and wealth management solutions.

Support & Retention: Resolve daily service queries, handle issues swiftly, and ensure long-term client loyalty. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with internal operations, sales, and risk teams to deliver smooth customer service.
