Role Description The Retail Operations & Marketing Intern is a full-time, on-site role based at B.B. Jewellers showrooms in Bengaluru. The intern will support day-to-day retail operations by assisting with store layout, inventory checks, visual merchandising, and coordination of sales activities.

They will help ensure smooth customer service by greeting visitors, responding to inquiries, and supporting the sales team in explaining products and offers. The role includes assisting in marketing initiatives such as in-store promotions, social media support, collecting customer feedback,



and preparing reports on campaign performance. The intern will also track basic operational metrics, compile data, and provide insights to improve store efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Retail Operations and Sales skills to support store activities and drive conversions.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to track performance, interpret data, and contribute to operational improvements.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to engage customers and collaborate with the store team.
- Interest in jewellery, fashion, or luxury retail and willingness to learn about products and brand positioning.
- Ability to work in office full time in Bengaluru, with attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
- Pursuing or recently completed studies in business, marketing, retail management, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic familiarity with MS Office or similar tools for reporting and documentation.
