Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide a warm, professional in-store experience.

- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable teas.

- Explain different types of Darjeeling tea, including First Flush, Second Flush, Green, White, Oolong and other specialty teas.

- Conduct and assist with tea tasting sessions for customers.

- Explain tea origin, flavour, brewing methods and product differences in a easy and engaging way.

- Assist customers with product selection, gifting requirements and purchases.

- Handle billing/POS and day-to-day retail transactions accurately.

- Maintain proper product display, cleanliness and presentation of the store.

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate for replenishment when required.

- Maintain basic daily sales and customer records.

- Support the team in achieving store sales targets while maintaining a customer-first approach.

- Build relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits through excellent service.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per day
