Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily operations of the assigned retail outlet.

- Attend customers professionally and provide product information.

- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

- Manage billing, cash handling and POS transactions accurately.

- Ensure proper product display, weighing, packing and pricing.

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with the concerned team.

- Maintain outlet cleanliness, hygiene and food-safety standards.

- Follow company SOPs for meat handling, storage, packing and customer service.

- Check product quality, freshness and expiry/usable dates.

- Maintain daily sales, stock and wastage records.

- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

- Coordinate with the kitchen/production/store team whenever required.

- Support promotions, offers and new product launches.





- Monitor wastage and help control operational expenses.

- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures.

- Report operational issues to the reporting manager promptly.

Eligibility

- Education: Any Degree / Diploma; relevant retail experience preferred.

- Experience: 2–3 years in retail, FMCG, food, supermarket, QSR or similar operations preferred.

- Freshers with positive communication and customer-handling skills may also be considered.

- Basic knowledge of ZOHO, POS, billing and MS Office is an advantage.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month + incentives (based on experience and interview performance).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
