Role Description The Retail Architect will be responsible for designing and detailing retail, QSR, hospitality, and commercial spaces that align with brand guidelines and functional requirements. Day-to-day tasks include developing concept designs, preparing architectural drawings and 3D layouts, coordinating with internal design and project teams, and ensuring design feasibility with site conditions and engineering inputs.





The role involves regular site visits, participation in client meetings, collaboration with contractors and vendors, and support in resolving design-related issues during execution to maintain quality, timelines, and compliance.

The Retail

Architect will also contribute to standardization of design templates for multi-location rollouts and ensure consistency in store experience across formats. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in retail, commercial, or hospitality projects.
- Proficiency in relevant design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D visualization tools) and understanding of Integration with engineering and services drawings.
- Demonstrated Project Management capabilities, including coordination with cross-functional teams, handling multiple projects, and meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, materials, and construction methods relevant to retail and commercial interiors.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Ability to communicate design intent clearly, collaborate with clients, consultants, and site teams, and adapt to fast-track rollout environments.
- Experience with airport retail, high-footfall stores, or multi-brand rollouts is an added advantage.
